If you got 174 marks in NEET, then yes, you have qualified the exam because the minimum qualifying marks for general or EWS category is around 144, and for OBC, SC, ST it is around 113 marks.

But to get admission in a government B.Sc Nursing college in Uttarakhand, your marks are very low. The government nursing colleges usually need higher NEET scores. In most states, the cutoff for general category for B.Sc Nursing in government colleges is around 500 marks or more. Even for reserved categories, it is much higher than 174.

In Uttarakhand, the counselling for nursing is done by HNB Uttarakhand Medical Education University. They take admission through NEET scores. But with 174 marks, getting a seat in a government college is not possible.

You can still apply to private nursing colleges in Uttarakhand or other states. Many private colleges accept students with scores around 150 to 200. You can also prepare and try again next year for a better score if you want a government seat.
