It's difficult to predict the exact possibilities of admission. It depends upon the cutoffs and the cut-off changes every year. It depends upon a lot of factors such as the exam pattern and exam difficulty level, the number of students appeared, the number of students qualified, the highest score and which category you belong to.

However, with 250 score under SC category the chances of getting a government seat seems less. This data is based upon Last year's cut-off. For sc category was in the range of 280-340. However the cut-off might change also depending upon the level of competition. You haven't mentioned your state also.
