You admission possibility will vary with number of seats available, number of applicants , the difficulty level of the exam etc. Based on the previous year cutoff trends for OBC category 350+ is a minimum safe score for government seat. And given that this time the NEET cutoffs have gone up , based on the competition level in Karnataka state your chances may vary . However on a general sense , for government BAMS seat , 306 seems low . You may try for private colleges or try for other ayush courses.
