Dear Rajat, you haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, the cut offs for varipus Categories in 2018 under State Quota have been as follows:

General Category: 479
OBC-A: 478
OBC-B: 474
SC: 349
ST: 183

Wih 484 marks, you might have a chance at a Govt. Medical College, if you are from Reserved Categories. Having said that cut off changes every year and is dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So we would suggest you to wait until the official Answer key has been released to weigh in your options. congrats for the score your are expecting with this score you have decent chances getting govt colleges under your state where as it might get varry as the cut tends are very large year to year , i would suggest you to try the college predictor

Dear candidate,

 For the state of west bengal under the state quote benefit for the unreserved category the cutoff will be 480+ as per the last yer cutoff trend.

Here I am mentioning some government colleges name which have lowest cutoff among all the colleges in government medical college for general category:

  • Maldah Medical College, Maldah 470
  • Murshidabad Medical College and Hospital, Murshidabad 481
  • ESI PGIMSR Joka Kolkota 483
  • North Bengal Medical College, Sushrutanagar 485
