You have very less chances of getting any college in other states.

You should try in your state colleges. And as far as I have researched, I could not found a single mbbs college in India which I can say are low cost. Nearly every college fee structure lies above 10lakh/annum. If it is okay to you, then some pvt colleges with relatively less fees are:

1. Sri Aurobindo Medical College Indore: Rs. 6,35,600 annually.

2. MS Ramaiah Medical College: Rs 7,77,500 annually

3. Terna medical college, navi mumbai : Total fees for MBBS is Rs 30,94,350/-

4. Raipur institue of medical sciences: Rs 25,52,500 in total.

5. Christian medical college vellore:  Rs 1,67,00 per year
