My signature for the NEET 2020 is different from the NEET 2019. Will that be a problem ?

Dear candidate, don't worry this will not create any problem. Every year lakhs of students register for NEET exam and as soon as the results are declared and the counselling period is over all the data is deleted from the database. That's why every year you have to register again and create login ID.

So, you can choose your signature but make sure these will be your official signature for UG and PG.
