Sir I've put my initial along with my signature will that create a problem Bcoz it's mentioned that initial is not allowed in signature?

As far as signature is considered,it must fit the box provided in the Neet 2019 application form .The uploaded image of signature should be in running handwriting and name in capital letters wouldn't be treated as a signature.Candidates intial or fancy type of signature wouldn't be accepted by NTA .So ,it might be a problem in your case ,whether they would accept your form or not .Hope this information is helpful and good luck.
