My Signature in self attested document is different from Original signature in DU registration form will it pose any Problem for me

Nope! It will not cause any problem but it is always preferable for any examination that you should write the full name as your signature. Now if you have done some twist in your signature then it doesn't matter provided you should be able to write the signature if required laterwise. Although let me assure you that its not a bank and no one will be testing your signature to higher precession. So don't worry about it.
