You have not mentioned the portal on which you have to re-upload your signature on. Try not to miss out the vital informations while posting your queries. It helps us in answering it in a more detailed way.

In general, whenever you fill up a form and there is an issue regarding your documents, you are notified to correct it in a given time frame. For this, you are not charged at all. Login with your Candidate id and password and re-upload your required documents.

as you havenot mentioned the name of exam for which you have applied, so in general you need to upload the documents as pr the given guidelines and if you fail to do so, then your application might get cancelled . So, just to keep yourself on the safe side you must do the changes whenever the correction window opens for the application form and yes, there is a fee which  you need to pay to make changes in the form.
