my signature is rejected intimated via mail and sms and accordingly I have reupload it. But yesterday while going through the mail I have seen one mail to upload the thumb impression once again which mail I didn't saw at the time for edition and notified by sms. Will my application get rejected?

see the final decision is totally depends on exam authority whether they will consider the application or reject it, you need to immediately contact with the exam help desk, relating your problems,
