My sister has got a seat in Cap Round 1, does she need to report to ARC or some else with documents can report and select float option ?

Dear candidate.... hope you're doing good..


Well, since you've been alloted a college in the first round of counseling, first of all, you must accept your seat by paying the seat acceptance fee followed by documents verification in the alloted nodal center, choosing the option for float so that there may be some upgradation if any in the successive rounds of counselling.

Actually sister stays in UP and I would like to know if I on behalf of her can select the options at ARC instead of she personally coming here. Is that possible. I have all her original ocuments with me. Is personal attendance mandatory ?
