Hello,
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With SC category and 402 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota or state quota as the cut offs are usually around 460+. But, you can opt for private colleges through state quota.

Hello!
I am sorry but she won't be able to get into government medical colleges. You can try for private medical colleges like Ananta Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Rajsamand or Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur.
