My Rank is 2535 in general Jee Adv  & 99.76 in jee main what probably in IIT's & NITs.

Based on your son rank in Jee Advanced he will not get  any IIT because for getting IIT rank should be under 10000 and your son rank is too high.He will get NIT through his Jee Main rank.According to his percentile it is not sure that he will get good NIT or not but it is sure that he will get NIT.

At this rank, getting into IIT is not possible. So, the only option left for you is to try for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Your son can get into decent IITs with that rank. Below is the name of such NITs which he can get:

• NIT Rourkela
• NIT Durgapur
• BIT Mesra
• NIT Hamirpur
• IIIT Sri City

I would suggest you to use college predictor so as to have abtter view of all the options available to you.
