Well with this score it is quite difficult to get into any college for CSE . According to procedure you may either apply for private quota in this the college will contact you once they fill in regular students,The only problem will be the donation.The donation depends from college to college

You can try giving your exam again as correction test.But this will waste your year,But it will also give you an extra edge to get into your desired college.
