First of all you must mention the examination nane that in which exam he has secured this much rank.
Now assuming that your son secured 69167 CRL rank in JEE mains 2020 from obc category, then with this much rank in JEE mains the chances are negligible for him to get seat in NITs or any iiits in whole josaa round counseling.

Even with his OBC category rank, the chances are very hard for you or you can say negligible chance to get any NITs or iiits or gftis.

As per your profile I can assume that your son belongs from telangana, then also by applying home state quota, there is no chance of getting ec kr me branch in nit warangal, not even in csab special round counseling.

But there is some low  chance that he can get me or ec in some gftis like mizoram university, gurkula kangri vishwavidyalaya, Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology, etc. with this much rank in josaa till 5th round counselling.

Also he can try at csab special round counseling, but still it's also hard to get seat even in nit Mizoram.
In csab special round he can get mechanical engineering in some good gftis like Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, etc.
Otherwise he can go with private colleges.
