A scar will not be a problem for rejection in NDA.But he must be mentally and physically fit to pass in medical test.He must be free from any disease or ailments or any disability.He must have minimum height requirement which is 157 CMS for airforce 162.5 CMS.So these are the things that must be taken care of and he will pass the medical test if he is physically and mentally fit.
