My son has got 95.42 nta score... What are the chances for admission in nit?

Hello.

The predicted rank of your ward is about 49,078 - 56,578. However, this is subject to change as the best of the scores of the two sessions will be considered for the final rank list. You could refer this link to know the cutoff of various NITs:

Sir/Ma'am since JEE Mains will again be held in April in various shifts on various days that's why the cutoff percentile for NIT cannot be predicted as it would depend upon the number of students appearing for it. 

I suggest you to wait for the officials to announce it.
