As per the percentile of your son to get into any government college is very slim if you belong to general category. If you belong to any reserve category then there are chances but totally depends upon the final merit list which will come in April.
I'm attaching a link of colleges of B.Arch according to their previous year cut-off for different categories. Do have a look and prepare your student accordingly.

Also, I'll suggest him to keep doing the hard work as there is another chance for giving the exam and try to score high. Meanwhile you should also apply for different entrance exams conducted by many Universities separately , which will give him a good chance to look for other good colleges which are not affiliated with the JEE Mains .
