The fee structure for NIE, Mysore via Managemnt quota is as follows:

Rs. 1,88,320/- inclusive of tution fees and VTU for the first year of B.E. irrespective of the stream.
For a non Karnataka student there will an extra eligibility fee of Rs.1500/-. No extra donation other than the fee is required even if you seek admission through management quota!
