Hello Madam

There is no such compensatory time given for any candidates in NEET examination.

So it's very unlikely that he will get any extra duration for writing examination. Exam is held for 3hr at the same time all over India having same question paper ( language may be different) for all candidates,so that they can prevent questions out or any cheating chances like that.

So very sorry to say but he will be not get any compensatory time and he will have to manage in the stipulated time for every candidates.

Although there are some reservations of seats in PWD category which you can check in NEET information brochure on the official website. If he is applicable for that then he can take admission through that quota.

Hope this helps you

All the best
