Namaskar Suriya. Thank you for asking the question. We at Career 360 will help you to solve queries as possible. I think that your son has one of the finest parents who are motivated enough to motivate their son. Now, how do you help? Make him focus on the subjects that he is weak in. Also, help him relax and take him to some entertaining activities. Help him solve as many MCQ books as he can and as many Mock tests as he can. You have to let him prevent the breakdown. You shouldn't pressurise him to study hard. Help him to study smart. Be his friend. Understand him. Prepare a schedule conducive for him to study. And your son will definitely be able to crack NEET. Live Long and Prosper. Nitish Nadkarni.

I would like give you one advice please collect all the question banks he does and ask him keep a tick mark to those questions which ever while solving goes wrong. Make a list of all those things and give him as a worksheet once a week under different headings and try to intermix topics it will be useful for cumulative understanding.

You just support your ward evertime as the students are really under mental stress and they have to be uplifted each time and be encouraged and be taken care off just don't panic him on his low scores and encourage him to score good in polite way and encouraging way.

Your awareness about the nature of the examination, the amount of pressure and competition your kid will be facing in the days to come and how you handle your son when he feels low or is not able to keep up with the pace of the course in his coaching classes, will determine your quality of guidance.
I've personally experienced that a simple "Don't worry child, just give your best and keep moving forward!" came as a huge sign of relief to me whenever I didn't perform well in my institute level examinations.
What you as a parent can do is, meet people whose kids have been through this phase, get to know their personal experiences during the phase of their preparation and how they dealt with it (I strongly feel that every family has a story to share, because a child's success is not just his but of his entire family).
Keep boosting your child's morale, this is VERY important. You as a parent know you child's potential well, PLEASE do not pressurise him to perform beyond his capabilities. Keeping that in mind, also ensure that your boy doesn't become complacent. The key is to maintain a fine balance between both the sides. Maintain a healthy atmosphere at your home so that your child is mentally peaceful when he is home.

I've only shared my personal experiences here. This was all my parents could do for me when I was preparing for my medical entrance examinations and their efforts paid off pretty well! They are now proud parents of a medicine student who is happy to help many others so that they can also reach their desired destination just like I did.
Hope this helps!

Hello sir ,
I totally get Ur nervousness to make sure Ur son reaches his dream ...but anything a parent advices at this time " study more " types will just make him more frustrated ...but making sure that he shares his mind when he is stressed is very important . Also acknowledging his emotions and mistakes play an important role . The rest include the obvious
1) smart study with breaks
2) timer to make sure he can finish the paper
3) smart attempting of questions to prevent negative marking
4) concentration on specific topics that are more likely to occur
5) division of time based on his strengths and weakness

Dear Suriya, By this thought, I can say that you're doing your job very well. Just he needs motivation and don't tell him always to study. Spend some quality time with him by asking casual questions. And also take care of his education too. All the best.
