Is admission done in commerce stream.
If yes,then I think even diploma admissions are even online right.

Now,you should firstly cancel your admission in Previous college with college cooperation.
If they successfully did that.If admission are open then you can take an admission in college.

Some of the colleges will have offline and remaining them have online admissions.

If online admissions are running apply for it,
Or else try in private colleges.

But do it wisely.See that you will get admission successfully after getting dropped from previous college.
