Hello Javed,

You have not mentioned any exam in which you have scored this rank so I'm taking that you are talking about JEE - Main rank. All the colleges in India take AIR that is All India Rank into consideration while the admission process. The ranks like state rank or local area rank do not matter during the admission process.
