Unfortunately there is no way to change it now because the correction date is over 2 months ago now even the exam dates are also out so there is no other option. But don't worry this wont effect you career or anything and just focus on your studies.

NTA had provided a chance to correct any mistakes in the application form from 14th january to 31st january.
It was expected that all the candidates check their applications and make the corrections if any.
It was very clearly stated that there would be no more chance of correction, So, there is no possibility that you can make any changes to your application.

No , you can't change it now as the last date for correction of NEET UG has been passed i.e 14 jan 2019 till 31 jan 2019.
