Thomas, if this is about JEE Mains, then you should also have your percentile on the score card. While the cut offs have not been officially released, based on previous years trends, the expected cut off for each Category might be as follows:

Common Rank list:  89.75

Gen/EWS: 78.21

OBC-NCL:74.31

ST: 44.33

SC:54.01

The total marks across all sections is 92 and the percentile score is 22.4007457. Now you haven't mentioned your Category. And unfortunately 22 percentile doesnt meet the cut off for any Category which means you have to appear for April session. There is no pass or fail in JEE Mains. It is more of scoring the cut off marks or not. It means you did better than 22 percent of the Candidates who appeared for JEE Mains January session.
