My tution fee is not realised from government.i am completed btech in 2019(EE).MY gate rank is 3109(score 654).what can do in the next year?

First of all congratulation for such a good rank.

You can secure seats for M.Tech in reputed institutions like IIT Gandhi Nagar,IIT Delhi.For more accurate information you can wait for these college to release their cuttoffs.You need not to worry about fees and any financial help as you will scholarship in IITs for M.Tech .
