In my opinion, no exam is tough to crack if you prepare well and have positivity to crack the exam. Every year many aspirants clear SBI banking exams, so even you can crack the exam if you focus on your weak areas and work on it to overcome your fear and weak points. you are 21, and if you start your preparation even today from scratch you'll be able to crack exam. You can refer to following books for your English and GA preparation and study, practice regularly:
