Based on your rank you can get certain private college. As you have not mentioned your  general rank so I cannot tell you complete information about the College. But based on your UPGL rank you can get these Colleges:
1. Inderprastha Engineering College Ghaziabad
2. Krishna Engineering College Ghaziabad
3. IIMT Engineering College Greater Noida
4. ITS Engineering College Greater Noida
5. Sharda University Greater Noida
So go through these Colleges . These Colleges are well in terms of placement and academics.
You can get admission in these Colleges. It also depends on the cutoff list. The cutoff list depends on the number of students appeared in the exam and the level of paper whether it is easy, moderate or difficult.  So do your counselling properly. Give your preference to college based on your rank.

With this rank you can get most of the colleges through your UPSEE marks if you are not very branch specific. However, if you are solely focused on Computer Science then it can be difficult for you to get that in the top UPSEE colleges. Apart from that you should be able to get most of the branches in the top colleges. Hope this helps.
