With that rank you can surely apply for counseling, since you are qualified but scoring a seat in Computer Science Engineering won't be much feasible in an adequate college.

You can still apply for Institute of Engineering and Technology Gorakhpur or Buddha Institute of Technology Gida but they aren't as good as anticipated.

I would rather suggest you to opt for better colleges and another feasible branch.
