According to your VITEEE 2021 Rank it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch. Your rank doesn't fall in the cut-off range of Computer Science Engineering. The cutoffs varies from year to year and branch to branch and campus to campus. The cut-offs depends on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available, category, branches etc.

But you may get Non-IT branches like Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering etc for your VITEEE 2021 Rank.
