Looking at the previous year VITEEE cutoff for Biotechnology branch, you have difficult chances of getting the branch in category 1. In order to get Biotechnology in category 1 through VITEEE, you have to get rank within 20K in VITEEE exam.

However, you can still get Biotechnology branch in VIT by paying more fees in category 2 or 3.
