for your rank you have less chances to get ECE at VIT University chenna campus, but you can attend counselling on other date

Don't worry, I think you better contact the vit Chennai campus and ask them  about reconciling if any. According to my opinion, you may get seat in Ece but with high fee structure.

Vitee is just about money and of course it has maintained it's quality.So now coming to your question, as per your rank if you have missed the counseling then you can get the seat only if seat is vacant or you can get the seat by paying in other category given with more fees.With such a rank ,it is not possible to get a good branch in Chennai but you can try in the category and if seat is vacant then they will give you
