I congratulate you on securing such a rank in VITMEE 2019. Now to answer your question:

VIT University doesn't publish its cutoff ranges for the various courses it offers but after seeing the selection trends of VIT University over the years, you have a high possibility of admission in your choice of domain. Yet again it may vary as it depends upon the number of student qualifying and the choice they opt for.
