The correction window is your last chance to make corrections to your application form and the correction window was closed in the month of November. With the exam scheduled in a few hours today, you can neither make changes or fill a new application form. At the examination hall, you will be asked to show a valid Id proof which has your Date of Birth and matches with the one that is mentioned on the Admit card. If you do have a matching proof, you will be allowed to appear for the examination. But if you do not have a valid id proof that has matching information with that of your NEET PG Admit card, you will nit be allowed to enter the examination hall and we are afraid you might not be able to appear for the examination.
