Hello student,
With a score of 102, in obc category, it becomes difficult to secure a seat in b. H. M. S. when comparing the results of previous years. Cut off's and scores vary from institute to institute. But, in general a score of something which is not less than 300 would be a safe zone. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Hello,
with this mark ,you have feeble chances of getting a bhms  government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bhms courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
You have not scored enough even  to get a private seat for bhms course.
I would suggest if you are really keen in pursuing a career in medical science then prepare again for the entrance exam.put all your efforts ans score well.
Hope this helps
Good luck
