There are several online platforms available in web , where you can easily learn Fine arts or relevant topics as a certification course.

Some of the popular online platforms are:

• NPTEL

NPTEL is a collaboration of the IITs and IIMs that offers several in different domains. So by taking a certificate from here , you can achieve your desire .

Basically , you can learn here for free.. but to gain a certificate , you have to appear for a proctored exam with 1000 Rs. Exam fee. There is no upper age criteria . You can access the course through SWAYAM portal by enrolling there.
