Hello aspirant
General electronic configuration of noble gas =
ns^2np^6
The filling of electrons in d-sub shell start from Period 3, where the shell contains '3s', '3p' and '3d' orbitals.
Noble gases are present in group 18 of the periodic table. They are: Helium (He), Neon (Ne), Argon (Ar), Krypton (Kr), Xenon (Xe) and Radon (Rn).
The noble gas that have the given electronic configuration but the electrons do not enter in d-sub shell is Neon.
The electronic configuration of neon is 1s^2 2s^2 2p^6.
So the noble gas which doesn't contain noble gas in d orbital is neon.
Hope this helps
