Dropping a year or two is not a big issue. It does not hamper your CV as such. If you have completed your graduation from a reputed NIT and have secured good marks and have a promising working capability and a good work ethic, your dropped years are not going to concern the hiring company at all. All that matters is your hard work and your intelligence and if you have that, you have scopes for being hired by every big company. So keep hustling and don't give up! All the very best!
