Hi,

Nativity certificate and residence certificate Sounds in a similar way but nativity certificate is used as a proof for particular country you are from and residence certificate is used for particular state you are from so

Resident certificate is mandatory for to attend the counselling we can't use nativity certificate instead of residence certificate
