Yes majority of the part is from NCERT but not the complete. If you have good hold in NCERT you can surely score a good score. Practice as many questions as you can as it would really help you.

Nobody can tell the exact number of questions coming directly from NCERT. NCERT is the basis, study it thoroughly and understand it, make your concepts clear. Then you will be able to answer most of the questions in NEET.
