Great that you put up this question at right time

For the current year the NEET UG EXAM will be held as offline mode in all centres across India.

The response to questions asked will have to be marked in OMR sheet provided to you at the center.

Advice: Practise at least 2-3 mock tests on OMR SHEET to get real time experience of filling it.

NEET 2018 is an offline exam held on pen and paper. Except for AIIMS no other exam is held in online mode. 

NEET is offline (pen & paper based) exam till date while AIIMS is online exam.

NEET is an offline exam. You are given list of centres where exam is conducted and from the list you need to select the centre which is convenient for you. On pre decided date you visit the date and give exam.
Its a mcq type of exam where you have to mark answers in omr sheet

NEET examination will be conducted in the offline mode (using pen and paper)
