mam can i fill other states mopup round for govt mbbs ? As in mentioned somewhere that domicile requirement not necessary for mopup round of other states as seats r reverted from AIQ? Waiting for a reply!

The procedure of Mop Up round is also same. You can not apply the Government seats of other state without having the domicile of it, You will be eligibile to apply only for the private colleges, It also varies state to state.

Hey Saumya, so you have the domicile certificate of UP , your top priority would be your State counseling, but states such Maharashtra, Punjab etc are asking for state domicile which is leaving the students in counfusion and making a disadvantage for not securing seats in other states. So only 15% AIQ would only be the option. But still you can give a try by appearing for Karnataka, AndraPradesh state counseling by filling the locality status as Non Local (in rare cases check other states which are taking non domicile students admissions too, so check out the State counseling prospectus of their states). This are few options for a govt seat.Or else simply you can go for Pvt Colleges , deemded Universities or any management seats.Also if you go for the Mop up round, they are asking for state domicile , so why don't you try in your local UP quota?
