385 marks were the cut off for ST Category in Rajasthan State Quota in 2018 for Government Medical College.  This year the cut offs will go even higher. Even then with 418 marks you can get Rajamata Vijaya Raje Scindia Medical College or Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Medical College.
