I am sorry but with dis score its pretty impossible to get a govt college even with reservation.

Both in AIQ as well as the states its difficult. 

But you may try for private/deemed universities. You might get a chance there.But theres also the fact that sincethe score is low the colleges in which you can get a seat, their fee structure would be high.

Discuss with parents nd if its affordable do take ur chances. 

The cutoffs vary year so depending on the cmtrends of this year the college u ll be getting will also vary.
