Hello,
I believe you are from sc category .
If I consider the previous year data .Then you have good chances of getting admission in either mysore medical college, mysore and mandya institute of medical science , mansha in karnataka  through state quota .Previous year last mark admitted foran st candidate was
  • 349 for Mysore Medical College, Mysore
  • 311 for Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
So being an st candidate you do hold a chance.but do remember that The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best
