NEET 2019 has reservations for 15% All India Quota and 85% State quota reservations.A candidate of a particular state gets the advantage of securing admission by the State quota reservations.Tamil nadu has 3947 and 985 seats for MBBS  and BDS private and government colleges respectively.NEET 2019 results have come up with high scores and so it is expected that the cutoffs will be higher this year as compared to last year.

Based upon your marks you have quite less chances to get admission by government quota only if the cutoffs fall in the 2nd or 3rd round of cutoffs.You can try out for the following colleges though it is expected:

• Coimbatore Medical College
• Government Medical ESI and Hospital
• Government Dhamapuri Medical College
• K.A.M Vishwanathan GMC

the chances are very low as per the last year cut off where as the cut of lasted for the Govt colleges were 440+ so i would suggest you give try for this year but sure along with try for the private nad deemed universites on the other hand you would get dental sciences for more info check the below link
