You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, the General Qualifying cut offs for 2020 have been as follows:

General Category/EWS: 720-147

OBC: 146-113

SC: 146-113

ST: 146-113

General Category/EWS-PWD: 146-129

Now this is just the qualifying cut off data but for securing a seat in MBBS, you need to score more than 550. This year the top NEET score has been 720 and so cut offs have been way higher. For example, in 2018, the cut off for OBC Category in UP was 429. In 2019, it went upto 574. Now in 2020, Candidates who have scored 550 are also applying for Ayush Courses because even 575 is not enough for a seat in GMC. This is a proof that cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And cut offs can be released only after all the rounds of Counselling are over. But to see the trends after Round 2 of All India Counselling, please check the allotted list: https://mcc.nic.in/UGCounselling/home/ShowPdf?Type=50C9E8D5FC98727B4BBC93CF5D64A68DB647F04F&ID=3032A4BEBA0CC85BA637566923B54C9ADDC94B63
