Hello,

You will be eligible to participate for the 2nd round of NEET counselling after your completion of 1st round of counselling. Second round is for upgradation. If a candidate does not get seat in first round counselling then have the chance of getting seat in the second round or they can get a better college than the first round in the second round.

So, if you omit 1st round of counselling then you won't be eligible for the next rounds.
