So, I am guessing that you have been allotted Mumbai for you neet examination centre
But,
The address of your Neet examination centre is not revealed before the release of admit card so you need to wait for the release of admit card to know the address of your Neet examination centre. Your admit card will mention your examination centre along with address

Yout admit card mention your details like

------)reporting time to the examination centre,

------) instructions which you need to follow in exam

Your neet admit card will be tentatively released 3 days before your examination i. e on 12th August 2021
