Hello there,

See the cut off every year decides the college you will be getting. Also it changes every year on various factors such as highest score, number of students appeared and qualified. The seats are also altered every year. The very good chances are to get private colleges or you can go for deemed universities. If you wish for government college you should take a drop this year and come up harder. Check this link below to predict the college you will get on your rank and marks. Thank you. Hope this helped. All the best.

Hey,

Regarding your question at first I would like to inform you that your All India General Merit rank is expected to lie in between 72811 - 84961. For reference, use:

Hence I'm going to discuss about some important points about your admission possibilities in dental colleges.

15% AIQ:

  • For General, EWS and OBC category students, I can assure that it's better to leave the hope for Government BDS colleges in any state through 15% AIQ.
  • For SC category students belonging to states like West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Telengana, Himachal Pradesh there's several probability to take admission in Government BDS colleges. But in case of other states (like Maharashtra, Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Rajasthan) having genuinely more cut-off marks for BDS it becomes quite difficult to get admitted in top and reputed Dental colleges.
  • If you belong to SC or PwD category then you've definite probability for top BDS colleges in any state.

85% Home State quota:

You haven't mentioned your residential state. So there may be some confusions in this regard, still:

  • If you belong to any category except General category, you have enough possibilities to get admission in any top Government BDS colleges in your residential state.
  • In case of general category it's quite difficult for you to get Government seats in any reputed institution in your state.
  • However your marks are perfectly suitable for top private dental instituions or deemed universities irrespective of category and State. Please have a look : https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off
